I have a 91 CRX with a D16z6 that will not strt. I have fuel and spark but it will not kick over. I check the timing belt and it is lined up right. I am at a loss to what is going on. It ran when I parked it. I am, still running it with OBD0 w/ a rewired obd1 distributor.

 

I got it to run, but only one time and it would not go over 3000 rpm. Any ideas will help

 

are you sure it didnt slip off timing by a tooth? that could possibly be why it only started once and why it didnt wanna go over 3000 rpm

 

was off by a tooth but it still will not start, it is still doing the same thing.
