Hey whay up HT i am about to install a b&m feul pressure gauge that sits on top of the fuel filter. I was wondering if its a good idea to use teflon tape on the threads of the banjo bolt and the gauge

banjo bolt doesnt get tape, make sure you use new crush washers, for the NPT fittings yes, but don't put it all the way up to the edge/tip of the fitting

I have had fuel pressure gauges on both filter and rail for 4 years and ran teflon, never leaked, soo I'd say YES!

You can also use the teflon paste rather than the tape
