Default drivers side motor mount

hey guys i have a 98 ex with an ls swap. ive noticed that my drivers side motor mount is not like any other swap i have done and its only the drivers side. i was woundering if they sell a conversion so you can change it to a hassport motor mount or if its a custom weld that has to be done. im going to try and post a pic so you are clear on what i am talking about. first pic is my mount second is what i am used to
