If I recall, Tokico Blue's are non adjustable and are intended to be a minor improvement over stock shocks. What are the spring rates on the springs? If they are really high, I would say that the shocks are not up to the task. Also, the shocks may not last long if the spring rates are very high.

Depending on the cost of those parts new, I would say that it's not a bad deal...just expect to upgrade the shocks down the road.
