Default have problems with engine codes and car overheating

i have a problem with the car i recently did a b16a swap on my crx it has a code for water temperature sensor,tps,cylinder sensor,. the engine overheats after 10 min of been turned on . and the fan doesnt kick on. will that be the fan switch on the block??? the tps sensor is brandnew i read that you have to adjust the tps sensor. and the water temperature sensor i replaced and still getting a code for it. why is that happening i disconnected the battery is there any other way to restart the ecu????? please i need help on this, i will appreciated
