A few topics have been posted recently about what name to register under for the upcoming NOPI festivities (on Sept 21-22 for you, buttcoin). There is discussion of registering as either:

We-Todd-Did Racing or

Honda-Tech

The point of registering as a "crEw" is to ensure those who want to will be able to park together in a group. We have done this the past two years, and it works very well. The NOPI organizers will set aside room for your "crEw" based on the number of cars. As someone else mentioned, there's also recognition for the largest "crEw."

Now, I'm all for parking as a group with the rest of the Honda-Tech members, but I forsee a problem. You see, the ITR-NC/FL we-todds will likley be making asses of themselves (me included). Mass consumption of alcohol, the taking of "butt shots" with digital cameras, making fun of rice and low-riders can all be expected. It's just what we do.

My concern is that such behavior will portray Honda-Tech in a negative light, if we all register under that name. What I propose is that those interested in burning NOPI down should register as "We-Todd-Did Racing" to protect the Honda-Tech name and image.

So we'll have two "crEws" - Honda-Tech for the more upstanding members, and We-Todd-Did Racing for those bringing beer and flamethrowers to Atlanta.

i honestly dont care. i am going to be there and am going to act like how i would normally act. i like to have fun and dont hold myself back from doing so because of how other people think i should act. i know if i go i will be all about the refreshments and good times. it would be nice to meet some of you fellow honda-tech peeps, so you can count me in.
