97 prelude sh questions..
hey guys just sold my hatch to get an sh...i love this car handles like a beauty..my questions are what kind of mods can u do to these...im not looking for massive hp but just some more kick...so should i be ok with cold air intake and header and a 2.5 inch cat back..
im not sure but my hatch had hondata is there one for the sh model...since ive been reading that there's hardly any parts unless u own the base model..this is a great car...

IF you want to keep the atts you'll have to invest in a stand alone ecu (greddy ultimate) that is of course if you want tuning capabilities. You can get some decent power gains with a nice set of headers. Hytech or mugen make them for the sh. I'm also a fan of the rosko euro r ported intake maniflold, s2000 tb will match port size and bolt on with no modifiation. Just remember exhaust and headers differ form the base model, so your options are limited. Make sure what you are buying fits.

Here are some useful threads:
5th Gens - Base vs. SH
Base H22A4 Block vs. SH H22A4 Block by shakes

The Type-SH can not be used with aftermarket Engine Management Systems nor can you swap ECUs. Only EMS that will work are the GReddy eManage and piggy-back systems such as the Apexi Neo and VAFC. The ATTS System will not work with anything else and then become useless dead weight.
