Just curious, has anyone noticed there car pull much harder when they have gas on almost empty, rather than 1/4 tank. Car feels the same after 1/4 to full. But on empty (or nearly empty) it seems to pull harder. It always seems the car pulls harder, but it doesn't make sense I know that theres more fuel in the car, which adds weight. But how much weight could it be that its a drastic change from less than 1/4 tank to empty. Its an h22. Just wondering if theres any logic/theory behind this. Someone care to explain, or am I just delusional lol.

 

1 gallon of fuel = 8lbs. 8 lbs vs. 80lbs. close to a tenth difference.

 

Your butt dyno isnt calibrated.....

 

maybe ur car is running rich right now with the car on 1/4 tank and up. did u change the fuel pump? Maybe the filter is not seated right in the tank so when u r on less than 1/4 tank, the filter is not pick n up as much fuel, making u run a little leaner.

check ur pump and have the car tuned if its not tuned already
