my car was recently overheating due to a ripped heater hose.
i replaced it and ever since everytime i drive my car it smells like coolant!
wat could it be???

 

its a 90 ef 1.5 superstock

 

Didn't know they had a superstock class in circle track racing for FWDs. The smell is obvious... It is the coolant that went all over your motor and trans that you didn't clean off burning and you smelling it......

 

ha nah well i mean its stock..
but yea i hope thats it...
how about a leak from the valve cover?? is it the valve cover gasket? kno where i can get them for cheap?

 

Well if the leak is coming from the valve cover then it is bad. You can buy them cheap at any auto parts store.
