alright guys i really need some help.

on my way to work this morning my car was running fine nothing weird. burning oil (thats a diff story)
but anyways its a 96 4 door civic and all of a sudden my headlights, dash lights, speedo needle, dome light, radio lights started to pulsate!!! my RPM's did not fluctuate and all my other gauges were fine it was just the speedo needle that was jumping from 60 to 80 back and forth as. i tried to set the cruis and it would shut off right away!

i turned the car off same thing. reset the car same issue.

i drive at night so i really need this fixed any help will be appreciated.

Check the easy stuff like battery connections, body and engine grounds, slipping alt belt, loose alt pulley. good/non corroded alt connections. it sounds like the regulator in the alternator could be going...
