Default How to fix this? Metal bump.

Ok, it's a long story, but I'm now fixing all of the dumb crap that I've done to my car when I was stupid and didn't know better.

How should I fix this? It's right by those roof grooves. I managed to create some bumps in the quarter panel/roof area. They are all sticking out, took pictures at night so I could show what the shape looks like.

Should I just hammer it back down?

Any tips on how to get it straight?

you will need to hammer down any high spots u have sticking up on the metal. then u basicaly have too buff the area too the metal and fill it up with bondo and use a straight edge too make sure its all nice and straight. its not as hard as u may think if u have a we bit off filler experience.

tap it down with a body hammer, metal file it, and feather out the paint with 180g paper on a DA, then prime the areas
