before i was getting a grinding noise throughout all my gears. it sounded like a bad input shaft bearing. so i replaced the tranny about 2 weeks ago and its still making the same noise except only in 1st gear now. it is extremely loud!! until i get into 2nd gear..i cant figure out what it is .. please help meee!

 

Maybe u got a **** tranny

 

could be bearings or some other internal problem.since its only in 1st gear the problem could be a gear set or maybe a bad bearing most the time a bearing noise will occur when the car is accelerating and will get quiet when the clutch is engaged.lots of possible causes.
