I have this problem that all my lights seem to pulse or flicker. Including the turn signals brake lights, inside lights, cluster lights. It will sometimes flicker more than others and sometimes not at all. It also causes my SRS light to turn on and off for the same amount of time that when you first turn the car on. I have a 00 civic ex and cant seem to figure out the problem. My battery seems fine and the alternator i think is charging properly.

 

Check whether fuse 15 is blown. Clean and tighten the battery posts, connectors, and ground connection, and then take the car to AutoZone to have the battery and alternator tested. My guess would be a bad alternator.

 

even if its been doing it for a few months now lol i figured it would have died by now.
