B16 A/C Bracket
Hey guys, I tried searching but came up empty so maybe someone can help me out. I have a 91 si hatch that I am putting a B16a into. I wanted to keep the A/C. I know Innovative Mounts makes the bracket but its kind of pricey. Is there any other brackets out there or can I use the DA one or something? Thanks
Innovative is the cheaper of the brackets too. The Hasport is 199.99 every place i've seen it. I'm in the same boat too, I'll be picking up a Innovative kit some time before it get's too hot.
I paid 139 brand new on Ebay. The Hasport mounts, shift linkage and ac bracket were all way cheaper from Ebay sellers than from Hasport.
hey I got same problem. I am swapping B18a1 ls into hatch. It seems that my AC hoses are not the same as what fits on the DA compressor. So it looks like im forced to use mine and buy AC bracket. Has any body made DA compressor work?

If you have a Sanden brand compressor,
You can do what I have posted here:

Ok i think I'm just going to get innovative bracket. So I noticed LS bracket has a pulley on it. Do I need to use that pulley? Or do I use pulley of my D series bracket? Need to know because My friend who gave me all the A/C **** has the extra pulley in his garage. If I don't have to go to his garage and use LS pulley that would be great. Let me know
