Default question about fuel pressure...

im just wondering what the consequences of having too high a pressure going through my FPR would be...

on a k20a2 i believe its around 60-65 psi stock, mine used to be around 75psi. through the winter i would normally just remote start my car every so often, but i checked it last week and to my surprise the gauge was reading almost 100psi. i dont believe the gauge is reading improperly, but if it is not, what kind of effects could that have had on my engine?

thanks in advance for any help regarding this.
