Just rebuilt a ZC and wire tucked it, got rid of the charcoal canister and relocated the map sensor. car runs and idles fine but the take it out for a drive and the thing bogs down and stutters like its going to die when you try to accelerate. So i played with the vacuum lines and it seemed to help then ten mins later did it again! Then i started to get code 20 from the ECU! Been playing around with it for a couple days now, nothing seems to do anything! Starting to get frustrated what could it be?

is the timing still set correctly?

 

Well I'm going to check the timing tonight cause someone else suggested the same thing. But if it was the timing wouldn't it bog all the time? Ill let you know what happens when i check the timing!

 

Timing looks fine starting to think it is the distributor! So im going to take a look at it tonight! might be a faulty igniter or something.

 

Code 20 is ELD. Are all of your connections good at your fuse box allong with all grounds good.
