Default Map sensor?

I believe the sensor on top of my throttle body is a MAP sensor?

If that is not plugged up the car will not run at all, right?

The part number on it is

079800-2(cant see the next two)0

5V PS-30.

Does anyone know the wiring for an OBD-1 PR3 for that sensor?

I really need some help here.
