Default balancing crank and/or rotation assembly?

I am soon taking my motor to the machine shop.. ive been told that it is not necessary to pay for balancing of a honda crank and rotating assembly, is this true or not?.. this is my first time doing thing an so far so good.. ill be using brand new eagle rods, and cp pistons.. would it be necessary to pay to get all of this balanced?.. im NOT knife edging the crank or anything like that so i think the crank shouldnt have to be rebalanced.. what about the rotating assembly?.. what do you think?..
