Default D15 revs up and Down issue PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have already replaced the Idle air control Valve and the fast Idle Thermal valve, Neither helped at all,I also checked for low coolant and vacume leaks. It is a 93 dx so I dont have a tach but I would say it bounces from 1000-2500 rpm's while at idle. Any help would be great

try bleeding the coolant system. theres a bleeder on the upper neck. there is also a line that is in between the head and intake plenum that needs to be bled. thats what is probaly causing your idle issue. Ill try to find a pic ,or maybe someone else can post it if they have it, or try searching for it

Possibly a vaccuum leak around your intake mani fold gasket?? spray some ether (starting fluid) around the gasket and see if your engine revvs change at all.
