but you will need to cut the blackforest bolts.

I was wondering if anyone had found a solution to this problem? If not, where could I get some made as mentioned above. One of my MR5's is missing a bolt and continuosly leaks air. And I have yet to find a wheel repair shop that has ANY clue on how to repair it without getting the exact bolts from Mugen.
I never found replacements for mine, missing one as well, but if you're just missing one, you shouldn't be leaking air, I'd check the valve stems and have them replaced
Can I use regular valve stems. I remember a friend of mine who owned a set of MR-5s said that the valve stems where a custom size that is no longer made, just like the bolts. Is there any truth to this that you know of?

nah theyre not 90 degree stems, theyre straight ones.. but im not sure how large the hole is, all i know is it is much smaller than an average valvstem hole..
i thought the thread pitch of the bolts was 6 with an 8mm head?

Ahh I got confused... You are right they are straight one... cus after I rebarreled an mr5 recently I was gonna use 90 degree stems later on but decided not to. Google 'prestige wheels' and measure your valve stem holes. If its the skiiny type look for smaller motorcycle stems.
Also the bolt holes were too big when I tried to inter change them w/a 6mm bolt.
