Default Best proven bolt ons for B18C1

What are going to be the best bolt ons for my engine? Its a 96 B18C1 in a 96 CX hatch... I was thinking:

1. Skunk 2 IM
2. Password Intake
3. ? Header ?
4. Tanabe Hyper Medallion (I want it quiet)

Its in an EK hatch and I just want it to be a good driveable car...

Please post your opinions, I have never modded a B18C1 and if anyone has experience with these mods let me know.

Thanks!

Try a search these engines have been around for a long time. 1 will not make power with out cams and a tune. 2 an intake is an intake you are not going to see anything really from that, might just as well get a k&n filter. 3 will make a difference but it has to be the right one. 4 i have no experience with that exhaust, but usually quiet means flow restriced which means no power. good luck

more or less what the fastest cars do, good point. I'm not saying that there is a corilation between how loud a car is and how fast it goes. I'm just saying that if you make a car run quiet there is flow restriction. just for example funny cars no exhaust, f1 cars no exhaust, nascars no exhaust, even down to koni challange cars they are just straight pipes from the header back. can you have a quiet car and still make power yes, but you are sort of defeating the purpose IMO.

Mugen Intake
SMSP/DTR/Hytech header
SMSP/Hytech exhaust
Don't forget Hondata or another type of EMS for the intake manifold.

Get a GReddy EVO 2 Catback Exhaust System, RMF header, AEM V2 Intake System, Skunk2 Adjustable Cam Gears, Blox intake manifold and the blox throttle body cheap version skunk 2 and last but not least good tune you are set.
I have the same setup on my 01 gsr its loud but quick, since you want your car to be quiet all you need is High Flow Resonator and you dont have to vorry abut the loud part.
