Ok so after doing research and reading alot of testimonies on here I went with Phillips Extreme H4 bulbs for my 94 Honda Civic Cx. I got them off autolamps online, they arrived the other day. I installed them and immediately could tell a difference in the clarity and the whiteness(visibility) of these vs the stock bulbs.

Heres the problem, now when I do the first click to turn on my running lights NOTHING, nada they don't come on anymore. They did with the oem bulbs just fine. My driving lights and highbeams do work great with the new bulbs, but how can I fix the running light issue? Any feedback or help would be appreciated. Thanks
