Car: 1993 civic Sir-S Rhd

Problem: Front Side markers and corner marker parking lights do not work.

I checked the fuses under the hood and under the dash.
The rear parking lights work.
Turn signals work front and rear with the side markers and blink normal.
four ways work fine.
city lights and fog lights work fine.

When the problem occured:
Two weeks ago i pulled my front bumper to get it repainted. I had it painted and I put it back together. I didnt remove the front corner markers or anything, just the bumper. After getting it together, now the front corner and side markers don't come on. They did work two weeks ago the last time i drove the car. I checked the bulbs and none of them seem to be blown. I did find it odd that my corner marker bulbs do not have two filliments like a regular civc would, but i have never changed them and everything has worked before. Any help or suggestions to check other things would be great. Thanks in advanced.

Check the bulbs and sockets I had that problem on my right side... Hmm use a meter perhaps

bulbs and sockets are fine. i did check with the meter and im not getting any power to them. so it has to be something from the steering column foward becuase the rears work.

Any cuts in your wiring? Could be grounding out with some crossed wires? Are they flashing when you cut your steering wheel side to side?
