Default Exhaust Civic 95

I bought a civic 93 with the stock engine, and headers, but it has 2/5 inch exhaust tubing with no cat converter, no muffler only the tubing so you can imagine the noise and is way to big for the car engine
I could use some tips on this, if any one could point out another tread, or some help
I would like to get rid of the noise, and if necessary change the tubing or just add the parts I would greatly appreciate any help,
thanks

cheapest way to fix it is to add a muffler AND a resonator. since it doesnt sound like you have any experience with this, just take it to a muffler shop and have them weld the stuff on.
-or replace it with a stock exhaust

-or if you want to do it yourself and dont have a welder. measure the ouside diameter (O.D.) of the pipes where you should add the res. and muf.
buy a resonator and muffler whose INNER DIAMETER (I.D.)matches the O.D. of the pipes
Buy some muffler clamps that match the O.D. of the res. and muf.

cut the pipes , slip on the res. and muf. , then clamp everything down.....make sure you install everything before you clamp it down or it'll be a PITA to adjust anything if it needs it

yeah def bring it to a muffler shop they should be able to take care of it for you. if it is anything over $150 you are getting really ripped off. so just be careful
