Getting a jdm b16 swap,but
But,i need someone to drop it in,so today i went the shop,where they specialize jdm engine swap and they charge 1300 labor to swap my old engine out and b16 in.i was expecting around 500 bucks.how much cost do you guys swap it for

is the b16 in dudes car? make sure you do a compression test if it is. its an older motor.
if the compression #'s are good (170 min. 200 max) then go for it. just remember to keep the throttle plate fully open when doing the compression test. and dont forget to bring a 10mm socket, extentions, ratchet, compression tester (rent from autozone i think), and i think 5/8" socket for the spark plugs. and take out the 15A fuse for the fuel injection or else fuel will be in your cylinders.

If its a complete swap from a 92-95 Civic, mounts, linkages & everything, it will go in just the way your d15b7 will come out. You'll just have to add the wires for vtec and the knock sensor if you use your d15's harness, but I think the JDM harness has the main connector in the same spot. You'll have to run the extra wires from your ecu harness no matter what.
