im trying to remove my front bumper but the 6 screws on top wont come out because their no screw that fit in them try everything because the screws i have been grinding by sooo much screwing and unscrewing.....anyone have a idea how i can take them out?? thanks alot

 

vise grips. are these flat screws that require a good size phillips bit to remove them?

Impact driver. Worked great on a '92 Civic I had to work with. I don't think they'd been touched since the car was new.

An impact driver costs about $10.

 

hahaha.............i had the same problem tryin' to takeoff my bumper this week

striped all the bolts with a philips head screw diver
so use the ultimate......my dad
he used the impact driver first, that got out the 3 in the middle
but the 2 on the outside were straight bitches, so then came riveting gun
SUCCESS!!!!!!!!

just remember to use a flat head screw driver bit for the top mount screws for the bumper
hey, this would be a perfect time to get a washer kit from iloveracing.com or Password JDM and replace all the bolts in the engine bay...........win win
