Default Del Sol Seats - Pan Swap

I have always read that when swapping seats into an ef, that you need to swap the seat pan. I have some del sol seats I was going to swap into my 89 civic, but it doesn't look like I can just swap the seat pans because the del sol seat hinges are mounted differently.

How have others swapped in del sol seats into there efs? I can't see an easier way that doesn't involve cutting and welding.

pan swaps work with (almost) any honda seat, including del sol seats.

Almost... Out of curiosity which ones don't work?

How do you then mount the hinges to the old seat pan? I thought about drilling and bolting, but it doesn't look like it will line up very well.

Does anybody have a right up for this? The ones I've found are old, and the pics no longer work.
