d15,d16y7 head NO VTEC, z6 intake manifold shitty off brand header, 2.5 custom exhaust ebay intake and MPFI so i dont know what you call slow but it was pretty quick not slow 18 sec 1/4 it ran stock

we did a mini to my brother zc with his stock intake and we dont have his vtec hooked up and theres a noticeable difference he was pretty close to beeting a 92-95 not sure what year ex without the vtec hooked up on his car
i have 2 p28 ecus. i know both the cars they came out of. pm me and i'll give you a good deal on one of them. and no i didnt expect any hp gain from anything except for the mpfi swap. once the mpfi swap is done it will pep up a little.
rywire does something close to that but you have to send them both of the harness and so you cant by it straight from them pretty stupid and a rip they want something like 200 for some tape and some cuts
i mean sourcing the manifolds and everything. i know there are available wiring sources. but if everytime someone said i wanna do a mpfi, you could just send them to one place/person who sells complete kits they have pieced out.
You already know you should go MPFI to get any real gain from this, but... for arguements sake, I bet you could do DPFI with the Z6 head and just run vtec off an RPM activated switch and maybe an adjustable fuel regulator or something to deal with fuel. Fuel would be the big issue IMO.
