5th Gen Halo Wiring

So I have been researching for awhile now and I cant seem to find exactly how to wire the 2 halo lights (1 Balck + 1 Red wire each) any help please?

PS Please be specific on location and pictures would help of the part(s)

splice them into the little tiny parking light bulbs.

The parking lights are the small bulbs (168/194) with the small L-shaped plug you have to turn 90º. Splice into those wires.
