i have a 1995 GSR motor swap USDM model. its bone stock, no parts what so ever on it. the transmission is kinda hard to put it into gear like as if there was a wall or something in the way, but it goes into every gear with no grinds and it does not pop out of any gear. whats the problem? oh and it slightly worsens weekly....

 

Check your clutch master and slave cylinder first, but it sounds like one of the springs in your clutch has either fallen out or is about to. Do a search for it.
