There's way too many threads with Koni in it, so I'm looking for some help on this. I've got a '90 crx hf, and I'm trying to find a set of springs to go with the Koni Yellows that I'm planning on getting. I would get the gc coilovers, but I'm not trying to spend quite that much. For daily driving (not harsh) and a 1.75" to 2" drop, what would be a good set of springs to go with the Konis?

 

depends on what kind of money you want to spend. look on page 2 or 3 of this forum, there is a thread on coilovers there.

 

$340 for GC's

suck it up and pay the bill, why get good shocks and cheap out on the springs, thats a no brainer dude

if not GC's go for eibach sportline - 195$
which is basically the same spring without adjustability

Koni yellows + Ground control

 

H&R sports lowered my hatch 2'' and it rides great with the yelows on soft but I can go corner carving by stiffening them up with a twist of the wrist

 

a buddy is using koni reds with progress lowering springs and absolutely loves them...im rocking ground controls, LOL...
