LS/VTEC or B16??? please help me
ok so i found a guy on here selling a LS block with a new crank and new itr pistons, gsr head, with ALL the valve train, looks like a podwer coated valve cover very nice and is willing to ship it to me for 750$ thats good right for a LS/partial vtec lol? or should i just go get a b16
use honda parts in the bottom end and take ur time.. alot of people rush it and thats where they run into problems. im in the same boat u are lol
If you plan on going LS/V here is how you build a reliable LS/V.

i was on the same boat you are, and honestly if i was going ls/vtec id rather build it myself, and buy the parts myself so i know whats in it, im on the same boat you are with money, and im probibly just going to pick up a gsr, now also factor in whats your overall thought on this car, track, street, those also factor in. but good luck
If your planning on LSV, build the block yourself. Only way your sure what's in it. I've had both and honestly they're both the same, but you have to love the extra torque from the LS.
