Default CRX w/ D16Y8 swap

My question is this, is it necessary to have an OBD1 distributor in a 88 CRX HF with a P30? If so, what is the differance between the OBD-0 and OBD-1 Distributor other than pin location?? I would greatly appreciate your input

iv got a y8 in my 91 and is running a 92-95 dx dist w/ p28
i would say buy the dist adaptor obdo-obd1 plug n play
