My kenwood stereo got stolen recently, and i noticed that the previous owner of my car cut off the stock radio power plug and spliced the wires with the aftermarket one to plug into the kenwood deck, instead of using an adaptor harness.

my question is, since i cant plug in a stock radio anymore, will that plug only work with only kenwood cd players? or could i get another brand?

 

a kenwood plug will only work for a kenwood deck homie...and not all kenwood decks at that...each brand has its own plug

 

mostly all kenwoods are gonna be the same.. but u cany put a kenwood plug in a pioneer? or alpine? no.. get the sotck radio harness out of a junker..
