check your wireing for 15. might have some lose wires.
as far as 43-fuel supply system i had that once before when it was brutally cold but it never came back. a short while later i got the o2 code. replaced the o2 sensor and the fuel supply code went away.
i'd check if you are getting power to the fuel pump or if the fuel pump bag is clogged and also check the fuel filter and replace it if needed.
