Can someone tell me what code this is and what should I check?

Code 43 Fuel Supply System defective or malfunctioning fuel supply system
My guess would be the fuel pump. Could be clogged or not working or something. Someone else will be able to elaborate more on it.

I have fixed 3 out of 4 Accord code 43 with a new OEM O2 sensor, the customer could not afford the number 4 car fix.
