Default Is my Sol's GSR Tranny F'd? =[

I was driving down the highway after work today, and while in 5th gear gave it more gas to maintain speed going up the hill. All of a sudden it pops out of 5th gear into neutral and just revs.

I can't get it to engage 5th gear now (will go into the spot, but not do anything)

1st, 2nd, 3rd all sound really bad now too. a whirling noice too.

F'ed right?

I think you have a bad clutch.

it "feels" like it goes into 5th gear, but it doesnt. It almost feels like all the "teeth" of 5th have been worn down?

I checked my tranny and it was bone dry! I'm assuming that it's the tranny, not the clutch because of that.

any more insight would be helpful!

I already flushed it and reflilled it. The other gears feel fine, (1,2,3,4,R) but 5th still doesnt engage. I'm holding out hoping that it's something stupid, but I think that 5th gear is toasted?

Wouldnt imagine 5th being "toasted" I would think a lower gear would go much quicker. Probably something stupid, can you rev match to 5th and it work?
