Icon6 Cooling system diagnosis. HELP S O S!!!!!!

This is on a 1991 honda civic with recent timing belt, rad, and watter pump replacement. The timing belt and watter pump has been replaced by honda under 6 months ago. A month ago I went for a drive and when I parked steam poured out from under the hood but the temp. gauge read normal temps. When I popped the hood to see whats up the rad hoses were vacumed shut but there was NO moisture or wetness on or even near the rad hoses or rad it self. From the distributor back it was soaked in rad fluid. I brought the car into honda and they told me the problem was a warped rad cap and that the watter pump is fine, this I found hard to believe so they sent me out with a new rad cap and I told them I will be back when it happens again. I have put the car through the paces trying to see if it will happen again but nothing, it seems to work fine. Guese what! It happened again last night but this time it dumped way more fluid in the same area and the temp. gauge still read normal. My question is did they screw up installing the watter pump, or is there some kind of saftey valve or somthing that could be releasing fluid whenever it wants? This honda dealer has realy gone down hill since the owner change and I dont want to bring it in and have them just fill it up with fluid and send me on my way again. I payed so much money to have it done right and they are leaning towards putting a head gasket in because they think it over heated. Please help me, I dont want to be fed to the sharks.

Contacting your local Better Business Bureau would be one of the first steps if they refuse to fix it. If you brought it in for a "coolant leak" and they threw parts at it and it didn't fix it, guess what? All of those parts and labor should not be charged to you whatsoever until they fix the problem.
