what should i get if i want a mid 13s

i want to hit mid 13s but i have a stock d16, i have a $5500 budget, what could get me there the fastest? motorswap? n/a? f/i?

You will probably need a turbo. Maybe even then a n2o system. Not sure what you will want for internals.

drop a b18c5 motor in and u can run 13's easy.

If you have the SOHC VTEC then turbo it. There's your 13s easy. 12's if you do it right.

that engine isnt that amazing.

just build your d16 a little bit and put a turbo on there

12's if you do it right.

stock motor, $509 retail for a ZEX kit, $288 for a pair of 20x8x14 slicks.

Done.
