Default Acura for civic coil springs

Can I swap the rear coil springs from a ITR into my civic EX of the same year 1998?

why just the rears? I know it works for eg's, so it would probably work for a 98, but the spring rates are different.

it works but the lower controll arms are differnt sizes
the integra arm is bigger so you will need to get something to make up that difference.
