My car needs a valve adjustment. What are the specs for a Y8 head? Clearance, lash, etc.

Better yet, where can I find all info?

My neighbor knows how. He told me to get the specs and he'd give me some instruction. The only valvetrain I've adjusted is a small block chevy with hydraulic lifters, easiest adjustment ever.
