ok i had accident about 2 months ago and my car is still not ready~

my hood was crashed so i decided to get a c/f hood. and i needed new header too

so i order a c/f hood and header from vancouver~ after like a month waiting for those parts only the header arrived but my bodyshop refused it cuz the paper said it's for 2 piece (c/f hood + header) so they refused it.

so i kept calling the shipping company and found out that THEY LOST IT.. before that they said they are still looking for it~ but it's lost for sure

WTF~~~??? how the **** can they lose such a big piece? and they said i only can get back $2(canadian) per lbs.

because the value is not declared. the reason for it is the shipping co. came to pick up the hood/header to the shop in vancouver and they said they didnt have chance to declare them. and on the box of hood there's no address cuz shipping co. said they didnt need it.

i am having the worst luck~

so i just lost the hood and only getting back max like $30

and worst thing about this accident is all the parts on suspension was back ordered and they took ******* forever to arrive, they actually had to order from japan. and my insurance co. is only paying up to $900 for rental car. and now i had the rental car for over 2 months

my car was just sitting on body shop more than a month doing nothing.



i am so unlucky

if they lost the package, then how do they know how much it weighed to pay you back? cant you say it weighed like 200lbs?

isn't they provide u the tracking # and be4 the shop send it out they should put wut's the value of the item? from wut i know when i use Canada Post to shipp the stuff they will give u the sheet to fill up like how much is the item worth , wut's inside of the box etc.. well good luck on dealing with the shipping company
