Help me with this situation..

Okay so basically how do you change the moldings on the outside of the windows...Maybe a how to would be good..here is a pic to show with what Im talking about. I dont want to have to take off windows..

i'm gonna take a stab in the dark and say remove the mirrors first, and then go from there. that's all i've got.
