I was tightening everything up after installing my new pads and the bolt that holds the caliper in place at the bottom snapped off. You kow the bolt that screws into bottom of the mounting bracket. Tried to use a dremel and screw remover to no avail. So what should I do?

 

Take it to a machine shop and have them remove the broken bolt, then go to a honda dealership and buy a new one.

 

Maybe find a used bracket and bolt from somebody parting out their car.
It might be expensive to have a machine shop remove the bolt.

 

Or try that kit from Sears, I forgot what it is called but it is used to take out broken bolts/screws.

 

I tried the kit from sear's, I couldn't get it out. I think I'll try a machine shop. Geez, how expensive could it be to remove 1 freakin' bolt, right?

 

you would be suprised and keep in mind junkyards just taking a caliper from another car

 

Even with the whole bolt stuck (just the head snapped off) in the caliper I can remove the whole caliper?
