Default p30 SIR ecu with d16z6

hi!
My friend is swapping a d16z6 into his 91 EF, he is gathering all the parts right now and all he needs to swap is an ECU. We found a p28 ecu for 160$ and a p30 SiR ecu for 80$. Will the engine run best with the p30 or the p28?

Mods are:

Custom 3" short ram w/ K&N
58mm TB
Complete ported and port matched intake manifold
head milled 0.030"
AEM cam gear

I was thinking it might run better with the p30 since the engine will need more fuel since there is more air coming in with these mods, and the p30 maps are richer and more agressive. any advice?

No a P30 will not make this engine run better maybe blow up quicker.

Chip the P28 and get the car tuned.
