i have a crx si motor which when i start it, it wont rev when you peddle it. i change the fuel injecters fuel pump and the fuel sensor. and it still do the same thing. sometime it rev because when i put my feet on the peddle for awhile it just goes off to 3 and a half and stays thier.

 

Sounds like the timing could be off or maybe a vacuum leak..???
