ls swap questions
ok so i have a 90 DA and a 91 hatch this weekend im going to be swapping the motor and full suspension all the stock engine mounts and stock axles should work..correct me if im wrong and if there are any extra parts i may need, any help would be greatly appreciated.
you cant use the da mounts you need aftermarket mount kit....
shift linkage will need to be cut and rewelded...if your hatch is a non si you will need to do a mpfi swap...

well i bought the car from a friend that had a b18b in it before but he blew it up and didn't have the money to rebuild it so its already wired for mpfi and i've had a few people tell me that the stock mounts should be fine for the swap, plus im a student at uti so i have very little cash to spend on extra stuff
the axles wont fit there too long from the da if im right im pretty sure and 93 is right on the shift linkage and the mounts should fit if it already had a b-series wat all does the car have left
the da is a complte car i drive it every day and the ef has the wiring harnes that has been wired for mpfi and some of the stuff for the dirty d that came with it, so i will have to get 93 shift linkage from what car and axles from what car..and the hatch had hasport mounts in it before but the stick ones should work correct?
ok first off i will say use the search function, you will find everything you need. but just to help you out you can use the DA axles, they will fit no problem. You need aftermarket mounts, the stock DA ones will not work. and you either need to cut and modify the DA linkage or buy some already made linkage from hasport or another aftermarket company
