They should last you quite some time probably over 40k miles. These are comparable to KYB GR2's which are meant for an OE replacement and aren't for excessive drops and shouldn't really be dropped past 1-1.5in
Harsh ride with poor adhesion
Excess CV or U-joint wear
Poor wheel alignment
Shock failure
Stress cracks in the chassis or suspension
Excess chassis noise and rattles
If any one of these applies it in all likelihood your right height.

its been dumped for at least 4 years. way past that point. but just trying to narrow down all the weird sounds...
