tranny grinding
My tranny grinds in 2nd gear when on high rpm's they told me to put heavier oil on the tranny, i am currently using 10w30. Plus when on first gear and accelerating the car slowly, i get to hear some squizi noise, like some metals rubing.

for manual tranny fluid, i used Pennzoil Syncromesh in my f22b1, gears used to grind at high RPMs, now it doesnt anymore. you can also go to a GM dealership and buy their syncromesh.
yah i was trying to get syncromesh but couldnt find it so i put that 5w30 that i dont think is any good either... ima see if i get that instead and see if it changes.
Oh.... but today i was going down a hill, the car was in neutral and it sounded like metals was rubbing without being in gear... just like it does when i slowly take off in 1st gear.
