roll cage and roll bars
ok hey guys been doin some research but dont know it all yet it for my 89 civic hatchback. i did find out rollcages aint good for the street cause of head possibly hitting the bars so then kind of found about the 4pt rollbar would that help my car tell me if you know more not going to have back seats just two front with 4 pt belts well let me know thanks
I had a 4pt roll bar on my DA with rear seats and nothing every happened. just tell passengers to not lean forward. lol... Im installing a 4pt rollbar from Autopower on Friday to help the with the K series.
well i got this link https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-crx-ef-civic-1988-1991-3/bolt-roll-bar-2322203/ its a auto power and it will be a track car but also street probally more street but a turbo gsr just wanna be safe and i guess id say to help suspension flew even though the right way is to weld for flex but i want a bolt on
If your never gonna remove it go weld, but if you ever decide to take it off, just go bolt on. that's what im doing. Just decide what you might need. 7 point to me is a little to much for a DD.
ya but really with a roll bar if i hit someone head on im still screwed and ya i was thinkin 4 point and ya thanks for the advice still need more come on peeps
